After selecting the package level you prefer, you will receive an email with a questionnaire asking for information regarding what you are interested in for an apartment. This allows us to get information on what you are looking for in an apartment and make a recommendation list. If your package includes a consultation, we will set up a face-to-face or video consultation to explore preliminary recommendations. Topics covered in the consultation include a review of the questionnaire in person or video, previous locations you visited, Deal Breakers, and your desired Area for your apartment, and using that, we will compile a list of apartments that fit your interests best.

Comprehensive Apartment Matching Package
This service includes two rounds of hand-selected apartment recommendations tailored to your needs and preferences. Each round comes with detailed summaries covering the apartments themselves, the buildings, amenities, surrounding attractions, and the overall community vibe.
We begin with a free consultation to understand your priorities and lifestyle. After reviewing the first set of recommendations, a follow-up consultation is offered to gather feedback. Based on your input, we provide a second, refined selection of apartment options. For a small additional fee of $26.50, we can continue to refine our recommendations to your tastes, ensuring an even closer match to your ideal living situation.
Premium Two-Round Curation Package
This package begins with three free consultations, focused on building a strong understanding of your lifestyle, preferences, and housing needs. From there, we provide personalized apartment recommendations, each with detailed summaries highlighting key features of the apartments, buildings, amenities, nearby attractions, and the surrounding community.
After the third round of recommendations, two additional consultations are available to deepen the connection and refine your search further. These follow-up sessions are offered at $26.50 per consultation, ensuring the remaining recommendations are even more aligned with your ideal living experience.
